How has it helped my organization?

Decision making, requirement planning, and real-time MIS have all improved within the company.

What needs improvement?

Certain things are off-the shelf, but there are a few things that need to be developed based on client specific or unique business processes.

What's my experience with pricing, setup cost, and licensing?

To optimize the Licensing cost, please choose different SAP Users. To minimize the implementation cost, try to adopt Rapid Deployment Solutions

We have implemented in several solutions and used them across our various organizations.

What other advice do I have?

SAP ERP is capable of handling all types of business scenarios and industry verticals.

We used a homegrown one. It was getting a bit long in the tooth.

What other advice do I have?

Allocate enough time to do the blueprint and UAT well, but don't drag on the project for too long. 1 year is good -- not too long and not too short.
