I'm familiar with both SAP Learning and SuccessFactors Learning. SAP Learning is on-premise, while SuccessFactors Learning is cloud-based. SuccessFactors offers more flexibility and scalability compared to SAP Learning, but both integrate with SAP systems. The main difference is in deployment and scalability, with SuccessFactors being cloud-based and offering more features for modern learning needs.
I have previously worked with Workday and PeopleSoft. I switched to SAP SuccessFactors Learning because I am a part of manufacturing, and SAP SuccessFactors Learning is more reliable in the manufacturing sector.

Compared to products like Oracle, SAP can be more complex to learn and manage, making it challenging for newcomers without extensive training opportunities.
