SAP SuccessFactors Stability

The stability of the solution is good, but I would not say it's perfect. Sometimes it's not 100%. There are occasions when you want to do some technical updates and it will shut down the server for eight to ten hours. Usually, there will be an agreement between SAP and the customer and we try to shut down the server during off-hours. This means, however, that the availability is not 100%. Still, it is, on average, quite stable. View full review »

I think it's a stable solution. We have not had any issues with its deployment or use. It's been stable, so I don't know if there are any issues because we haven't had any challenges around it. View full review »

There are regular updates and obviously you have to keep it up yourself on a quarterly basis. That's a bit of pain, but at the end of the day it's all about digitalization and HR transformation. View full review »
