They should provide technical support quickly and for free. I would also like them to offer the integration of various Base SAS modules into one like SAS Studio to make it more cost effective for small organization. The installation could also be easier, and the price could be better.

One of the things that can be simplified is self-service analytics, especially for a citizen developer or a citizen data scientist. It should be easier to use.
It should be easier to migrate from the on-premises deployment to the cloud version.

In the graphical area much more improvement is still needed. Once a SAS figure is produced one would like to modify things, such as titles, legends, and incorporate risk sets as a footer on the plots.

The training for SAS Business Intelligence is often difficult to arrange. It is often cancelled due to not enough people being enrolled.
View full review »The company has always utilized user feedback to improve the product and has continuously exceeded my expectations.
The only feature I would like to see them add is one they already have, but in a different product. I.e., I would like to see their interface to R added to either Base SAS or SAS Analytics.
