It's challenging because it's an OPEX cost. It is an operational process, and it is difficult to quantify. We are trying to be more efficient, and once that is accomplished, we will have a clear picture of how we can reduce our operational costs in this activity.

We have seen ROI in terms of better analytics, efficiency, and quality. 

I don't think the return on investment is high when I factor in the cost of additional components like text mining and machine learning. I can get similar benefits in other products like Tableau or Zoho Analytic. It's mainly used for data visualization and data analytics, so I can use Tableau in this case for a fraction of the price or Zoho Analytics. 

We didn't calculate ROI for implementations.

While I can't speak to the exact price, likely after one year a company would begin to see an ROI.
