It's always available when I'm using it. It has 100% availability. All the employees in my organization have been onboarded onto the tool. The tool has self-service capabilities. We use the tool multiple times a day.

Saviynt is widely used in the market with a large customer base. However, we often observe a relatively higher ratio of bugs. Despite this, both Saviynt and IdentityNow regularly release patches or upgrades, usually around four to five times a month. Clients can choose the appropriate version based on their applications and integrations, and it is generally recommended to go for the latest release. However, clients may stick to their current version if it already suits their needs. Upgrades are requested when identifying bugs or if a later patch addresses specific issues. Both Saviynt and IdentityNow are stable products, and any observed bugs are reported and managed through tickets and future releases.

Saviynt is decently stable, although they had an issue last fall with a security hole that they didn't handle very well.

I would rate the stability a six out of ten. Stability isn't perfect across versions, but the integration with IBM Versa's emerging features is good. However, we prefer Saviynt to proactively identify internal data issues before customers encounter them.

Stability for Saviynt is okay. I have used multiple systems and have compared the tool with other systems, and it's okay. It's not bad, and as a customer, I have faced some issues, but now it's okay. The tool's fine.
