It allows us to scale quicker to what a customer needs. A lot of your available time is reduced because it's efficient.

What needs improvement?

How has it helped my organization?

I am not sure about how it has improved the way my organization functions but certainly with regard to simple integration, development speed is faster than writing from scratch.

What needs improvement?

The HTTP request connector should have the ability to change the hostname on the fly instead of the URL endpoint only.

What do you think of IBM Sterling B2B Integration Services?

Valuable Features The B2B Sterling platform is basically managed services, so we outsource our services to IBM and it relieves us of having resources in-house and 24/7 support. It provides availability and reliability. • Room for Improvement It's just four months down the line, so I’m not sure about areas with room for improvement. • Stability Issues We switched over to this service four months ago and it's been super-stable. • Scalability Issues I think it's scalable because we've never researched before getting into it. • Customer Service and Technical Support Technical support is good.
