A fairly stable solution that’s highly mature, but has a poor user interface

What is our primary use case?

We primarily use the solution for processes in management, incident management, and problem change configuration service requests.

Pros and Cons

  • "The solution is a highly mature product. Because of this, it can stand up to any other product on the market."
  • "The solution needs to improve its reporting features. The user interface needs a lot of improvements."

What other advice do I have?

I’m a partner with CA Technology. We have clients that are working on various versions, including 11, 12, 14, and 17. We use the on-premises deployment model. I’d rate the solution six out of ten.
