By default the tool provides a lot, you need to focus on your needs, adding something else later is usually no problem.

I have never had to worry about how to handle really big environments. • Room for Improvement: The GUI: both the dashboard/user view and the admin tool. • Use of Solution: More than five years. • Stability Issues: No, very stable. • Scalability Issues: No. • Customer Service and Technical Support: There are some differences between the Bulgarian and the American support teams. • Previous Solutions: Not applicable. • Initial Setup: Very easy to setup the first installation.
