I'm working on Nintex workflow and forms plus SharePoint. 

Also, I'm working in Azure, Power Apps, and Microsoft.

I used WordPress for my personal use. 

We used Excel.

We have not used any other solution. 

I have only used a shared folder.

I have prior experience using Box. Microsoft develops SharePoint Designer, and numerous companies rely on Microsoft's solutions. In my opinion, integrating SharePoint with Microsoft 365 makes it highly user-friendly. Due to its widespread adoption by many companies, SharePoint Designer offers a greater range of features and support options. However, I believe that even without an expensive subscription, Microsoft still provides a solid foundation of features. If cost reduction is a priority, I recommend considering SharePoint as a suitable choice.

We haven't used a different solution for SharePoint. We've only been using SharePoint Designer.

I have used several similar products including those from Alfresco, Laserfiche, and IBM.

We do not use any other solutions. 

We also use Visual Studio from Microsoft to develop the programs for SharePoint. Designer is only for branding and workflows, but you have to use Visual Studio to actually develop the portal components and web parts. Visual Studio should be used with SharePoint. 

I'm not aware of our organization using a different solution. We've always used SharePoint Designer.

I used a smaller content management platform which I customized. Visual Studio and SharePoint Designer work well together and could be extensions to each other.

Earlier, we used Custom.NET applications however, SharePoint is much better.

Before SharePoint Designer was introduced, we used to have a manual documentation system — we had to run from one corner of the building to the other, looking for someone. SharePoint has made things a lot easier.

I did not evaluate other solutions prior to SharePoint Designer.

Prior to this solution, I was using PowerShell to perform the same tasks.

We have used another solution previously and we switched because SharePoint Designer requires less maintenance.
