I have prior experience using Box. Microsoft develops SharePoint Designer, and numerous companies rely on Microsoft's solutions. In my opinion, integrating SharePoint with Microsoft 365 makes it highly user-friendly. However, I believe that even without an expensive subscription, Microsoft still provides a solid foundation of features. If cost reduction is a priority, I recommend considering SharePoint as a suitable choice.
