I didn’t need any other features apart from the PPT. Although, I came across many features during the training that could be helpful.

It’s very convenient for me to update. Last time I used a function called Word. It is a good function, which I can use to coordinate easily. It is easy for me to maintain the DTP, even though I have limited access to the website. It is applicable and makes my drop-down wonderful when the task gets busy or you don’t have access to everything. It is a good workaround and a good solution.

We like the highly customizable websites that you can build. For example, when we were building it for the client, we could design and customize it according to what the client wanted as that was the requirement so that they can access it and see their own logos and stuff, subsequently entering their own data. Customization is one of the best parts of it.

The data collection platform has value. So we had different kinds of access for different clients, and they could collaborate on one particular, for example, an Excel file uploaded on SharePoint. They enter their own data. Ten-odd people could access the same file, enter their own data, and save it on our servers. Collaboration is one of the other big things with SharePoint.

SharePoint is great for content management of data. It makes our life easier.

Integrating SharePoint with other platforms is very useful. I can integrate SharePoint with Oracle and I can integrate Oracle with many databases. This makes our life here easier.

The initial setup was pretty easy.

The support on offer is helpful. 

It saved me a big time once! My car got broken into, and they took my laptop with all my files. But I didn't have to worry because everything was backed up on SharePoint. It was a lifesaver!

I like the ability to directly share documents. I like this feature so much.

The most valuable features of SharePoint Designer are integration and collaboration capabilities, such as allowing more than one person to edit a file.

The one thing I just love is having a platform that is easy to collaborate on and see my work. It's easy to do, and I can even navigate without many technicalities. That's what I've been getting from it. It's easy to use. You can just play around with it and get things done. You get to get your output easier.

What I found most valuable in SharePoint Designer is that through it, you can perform a lot of SharePoint functionalities, such as creating SharePoint lists and libraries, as well as customizing pages.

You can give document access to people based on their email addresses. You will also get notifications whenever the document is ready for review.

The Power App is the most valuable feature. We can design it to look exactly how we want it to be, without requiring an expert's assistance to set it up. We have the freedom to make changes on our own and can easily connect and generate leads.

The most valuable feature of SharePoint Designer is the storing of files. In the Office 365 version, there is the capability to share files with others which is helpful. The files have cross versions capability. If the solution is shut down abruptly the file is stored on the system automatically.

The most valuable feature of SharePoint Designer is document management.

We mostly used this solution for file storage and basic functions, etcetera.

The solution tightly integrates with all other collaboration tools.

The solution effectively helps with list storage, document storage, and document libraries. 

Outlook and MS Teams are integrated with the solution and that is very useful for enterprise customers. 

One of the most valuable features is that it's free. If you have SharePoint and you want to do some branding, then the only tool available is SharePoint Designer. Microsoft gives the portal, the content management system, and, on top of that, it gives you Designer. So we don't have a choice, but Designer is good. 

The drag and drop feature is the most useful feature when using this solution. In addition, it is a free solution that does not require a license. 

The workflow is the solution's most valuable feature.

SharePoint Designer is a great tool. The new workflow platform, Power Automate, which can be integrated with SharePoint Designer, is going to be great because currently, SharePoint Designer is only compatible with workflows.

The most valuable aspects of the solution are the user-friendly interface and easy creation of workflow. 

We appreciate the fact that this solution can provide us with an on-premises version, as due to our geographical location, we are not able to use cloud-based tools.

What I like most about this solution, is that we can use it as a secondary customization platform. We do customization and make a web SharePoint live for our clients. 

We like that the interface is very user-friendly making it easy to use.

I find the document management and search of SharePoint the most valuable features. 

The previous version of the solution was good as we had different views of both the design and the code. The new version doesn't have the option to view data but it has other, better features though.

The workflow is the solution's most valuable feature.

The most valuable feature is the capability to directly access the SharePoint data structure. It is a tool that is similar to a registry editor, but specific to SharePoint.

The most valuable feature is the simplicity, standardization, and ability to create more than one portal.

We actually don't use Designer much in the latest version of SharePoint, since we can use any other designer in the new SharePoint architecture. Previously, however, we used SharePoint Designer 2013 widely for data mining, exploring the content, and editing. Those are the main features that you would need to use SharePoint Designer for.

The most valuable feature is the capability of creating HTML pages, with CSS code. For example, most of the time I mirror in the web area, which means that I need to create an HTML file. Inside this HTML file I will write my web VBI.

Other valuable features are the ability able to update the master file, and creating the workflow.

The solution's best feature is designing workflow processing. It's easy to change and collate workflows.

The document filing system is the solution's most valuable feature. We have used SharePoint as an option for a document managed system, like Documentum and IBM Filenet.

I am a developer, and whatever is not possible with the SharePoint default feature, we make custom features available for our clients. Anything which is not possible using all the methods within the solution we can customize.

SharePoint Online is not only a SharePoint standalone, but they have integrated it with other Microsoft services, such as Microsoft BI, Power Apps, and Power Automate. We can deliver any business solution using other Microsoft service, which is collaborative with SharePoint.

SharePoint have their own roadmaps, with the new features that they're coming out which is informative.

Microsoft has invested in SharePoint heavily in terms of UI, stability, performance. It is a very good solution.

The basic functionality the solution makes it easy to share documents or information with the team. 

The most valuable feature is the development.

The most valuable part of the solution is its ability to allow for a high degree of customization.

The management and monitoring features are good.

The feature I find most valuable, is the workflow of the product. I have used it in the past to design different teller sellers, automating the business process using the workflows.
