Good for remote users, I use the client myself and is very useful when I am out of the office. I did recently switch over to a Mac and the mobility client doesn't work.

ShoreTel Mobility is good for remote users, I use the client myself and is very useful when I am out of the office. I did recently switch over to a Mac and the mobility client doesn't work with the Mac. I did download the solution from Counterpath and it works great. Being able to access the employee directory and to dial by extension is great.

Valuable Features:

The mobility solution has provided us the ability to always available, no matter where we are. Our sales team loves the mobility solution and closing a deal while at home or stuck in traffic is always a nice thing. From an IT perspective, I would prefer the going back to an old technology so I could actually have a day off. As it stands, the mobility solution works so well that I can be contacted, no matter where I am (sigh).
