SAP Signavio Process Manager Implementation Team
For the deployment, we have one product owner in the system and two maintenance staff. So just three people are maintaining this product for us. I don't think it would be any different for other companies.
It might be different because there'd be a shared services team that manages Signavio for multiple customers.
Whereas in a team if it is for the internal team, three people are enough. It's one small team that is supporting us internally.

When we went to deploy we went with a consultant BPM-D (Business Process Management -Discipline). We wanted them to help us with our selection because we are a public service organization. We have to go through a particular process to procure anything to make sure that we are following and conforming to standards. So we went through a procurement process, scoped the products accordingly and awarded the contract to Signavio.
We used a vendor for the implementation. They were good and we are more than happy. The vendor spent a few weeks with us training my admin team. It hasn't been complicated at all.

We used good consultants. The initial bits, they've done to help us get up and running. In our second phase, where we're moving into a hybrid of cloud and on-premise, we're working hand-in-hand with them. They've been quite proactive. They always answer questions that we have, especially questions related to security and risk because that's a big factor for us.

I think we did the implementation ourselves. We are working very closely with Signavio. We are also doing additional evaluations and maybe we will use more components of the suite. Since we have experience with the product and request changes to the solution, it makes sense that we work closely with them.
