The deployment went fairly smooth. We were on a tight timeline and the Customer Success Manager assigned to our account worked very hard to make sure we had the resources to stay on schedule. All implementations run into some potholes, but the key is how the vendor lives up to their word in getting the proper solution in place. Sisense did an excellent job keeping us on task.

This has greatly hindered our upgrade to the newer version as some of the most obvious features are missing.

Deploying it was smooth as butter, and there was little to no down time after lab testing. Pretty much had the new environment up and ready, shut the old one down and transitioned to the new one overnight. View full review »
