Sisense's return on investment depends on the point of view of the customer. It needs to be measured from the existing environment. If you are currently not using anything for analytic purposes, it will be very good. However, if you use other products, this solution may not be as good.

N/A, as ROI remains to be seen. We are in the early stages of launching our product and using Sisense to its full potential so it will be at least another six months time to have a better understanding of whether the product will be helpful to the company or not.

ROI was realized immediately by reducing manual report labor. We can also meet the needs of clients that require dashboard reporting to retain business. Our sales team have brought bigger / better prospects by offering Sisense dashboards.

As any BI solution, Sisense isn't cheap, and we had a long discussion before taking the decision to buy this system. It's hard to measure returns, but it certainly has saved a lot of our finance team time already.
