We didn't look at other vendors before choosing this solution. Once we started looking into and experimenting with this solution, we realized we didn't need to.

In terms of APM, we used to have CA products, but I think we switched to Dynatrace. Of the SolarWinds products, we have one especially for laptop monitoring, and we have the SAM as well, but we don't put too much focus on that feature. 

New Relic was also examined.
