It is easy to deploy. We received efficient support services during the first deployment. It takes an hour or two to complete and requires one engineer to work on it. View full review »

The process of implementation was complex because our engineers are not sufficiently trained in SonicWall and we were reliant on support from Switzerland. It was complicated. I wouldn't say that the solution requires maintenance but there are rule changes that occur and need to be applied to email security.

The complexity of the solution's initial setup varies depending on the use cases. The deployment takes around two to three days. We have to rely on the service provider's details to route email traffic from the existing setup during configuration. It becomes a time-consuming process for us.

The initial setup was okay; we had someone fly to Nigeria to assist with the implementation. Deployment took about five working days. We had about two to three people managing and administrating the solution once it was deployed.

I would say that the initial setup is of moderate difficulty. It is not simple nor complex.

The deployment took one or two days and required one or two people. After the deployment, we are continuously monitoring and using this solution on a daily basis. We do not manage it every day, but it is always doing the monitoring.
