Cost-wise, Sophos Cyberoam UTM is a good solution. Customers don't collapse upon hearing the price for it. Usually, my customers want to launch Sophos Cyberoam UTM.

My company pays for the license of Sophos Cyberoam UTM annually.

I rate Cyberoam's pricing a five or six out of ten since it is affordable. Clients do not have to pay for anything. Additionally, the price is fixed.

We do an annual subscription.

The pricing is comparable to others. There is an initial cost for changing a solution, so it is chapter to just renew the subscription rather than jumping to a new solution.

For the most part, the cost is okay. They are a bit on the higher side, and we'd always like it to be a bit lower.

The prices of the product can be considered quite steep. If your company cannot afford it, it is better to go for other firewall products.

My company makes yearly payments towards the licensing cost attached to the product to our ISP.

The product is reasonably priced. Its cost is better than all the other tools available in the market. The renewal cost of XG 125 is $600 to $700 annually.

The product's pricing is a challenge. The recent subscription renewal has raised concerns within our organization because it is becoming too high for us. I'm apprehensive about our ability to sustain these increased costs. I'm used to the device and would like to continue using it. However, justifying the renewal may become difficult for me in the future.

The solution's pricing depends on the customer size. We have small and medium customers, and it's not so easy for them to finance this product. Although it's not a very cheap solution, Sophos Cyberoam UTM is in a good price range considering its feature set. Considering what you can solve with the solution and what you get for your money, the solution has valuable pricing.

On a scale from one to ten, where one is cheap, and ten is very expensive, I rate Sophos Cyberoam UTM's pricing seven out of ten.

Overall, the price of Sophos is very good. But I would rate the pricing a nine out of ten, where one is the cheapest and ten is the highest.

There are different licensing models. For example, one customer pays yearly, while another pays every three years.

The product’s pricing is expensive. It could be reduced. Most customers purchase its three-year license due to cost savings compared to a year license.

The solution wasn't overly expensive. If you are covering your company from security risk, it's often worth the cost. Security solutions aren't something you want to cheap out on.

These, CR15iNG remote/small office firewalls, units are pretty inexpensive and renewal pricing is well worth the support cost. They do not have a hardware replacement support agreement at this time with Cyberoam. I do believe Sophos is changing that portion of the support agreement though.

There are many options for payment of the subscription license. You purchase a subscription every one, two, or three years. You can also have monthly subscriptions but we typically offer subscriptions for three years because from the financial perspective it is better to have a three-year subscription.

Licensing is on a yearly basis. They also offer a month-to-month extension if required. After 12 months, if your license expires and you want to exchange it for one month or two months, then that is possible as well.

The pricing on the partner portals is okay. The challenge comes as there's sort of a monopoly for the distributor in Tanzania. There is just one distributor and that is where the challenge comes. Sometimes the distributor is out of stock or they set up their own freight charges. Sometimes they're out of stock and the stock takes maybe four to six weeks and is then delayed. Basically, the challenge comes up when the distributor is out of stock.
