We have system integrators that help us with the implementation and after the implementation, we take over.

My company did not seek help from outside, so the deployment was carried out in-house since my company has a policy that states that the deployment model should be on-premises only.

The deployment takes about 3-4 minutes per machine. It's available in both cloud and on-premises versions. Installation time is similar for both, around 4-5 minutes.

The deployment process is standard across most software. After installing the software, we enter the license number or sync it with a registered email.

We have 25 technical staff members who are knowledgeable in installing various software, including Sophos products.

While currently, we don’t need assistance, in the future, we might require assistance from integrators or other solution providers due to the increasing complexity of our organization. As we move towards face-to-face setups, additional requirements might arise.

The deployment time depends on your environment. For a full site, it will take eight hours using Group Policy Objects (GPOs) to push it through as long as all machines are on the network simultaneously. Otherwise, it'll take longer.

We handled the implementation ourselves completely in-house. We didn't hire any integrators or outside consultants.

To deploy the tool, we can’t push it from the console or cloud. We must install it manually or push it using Microsoft SCCM or other third-party tools. Then, we must configure accordingly and filter whatever is necessary.

When Sophos EPP Suite was set up in the company, I was an integrator, and it was a good experience for me.

My team handled the initial implementation. We did the setup in-house. 

The time taken for deployment depends upon the number of users. We can deploy the product in 15 minutes per client. We need one person to deploy the solution and maintain it. We need two hours a week to maintain the solution.

I'm the technical person, so I did the implementation. It took me about a day. I would rate the setup as a four out of five because there is always room for improvement. 

Since it is a cloud product, updates happen automatically. The only thing is that from time to time, an update happens, and the agent does not automatically restart, so it requires a restart.

As an integrator, we can implement the solution for our clients.

Its installation is simple enough. We just installed it ourselves.

We always deploy by ourselves, so that way we can test how the customer will see the initial implementation. Our main advice, is to read the manual, and follow the wizards that comes with each tool. Also, it is strongly recommended to have a professional firm contracted for the initial setup, and support, as we are, to design, and help with any kind of implementation issues.
