There are no glitches because the client automatically receives all the updates. The protection process is slowed down in case of a network issue. It takes more RAM and a processor to check all the files. There are no issues if there is internet and connectivity with the network.

I rate the solution a six or seven out of ten for stability.

I would rate the stability a nine out of ten. It is a stable solution. There is no problem at all in the cloud.

Sometimes we cannot rate stability a ten out of ten because, you know, there are some updates. If it doesn't happen, then you have to uninstall it and then reinstall it. If you're working in remote locations, you cannot do it easily. Then you have to ask someone to do it manually. It's something we can't do that much.

The stability of the product is very good as is the performance. As it works in the background there is never instability in the form of hanging at the work stations or producing false positives. It is very easy to deploy, very simple to use, very light on the operating systems' resources. But there are some guidelines that customers or anyone making the deployment have to keep in mind. They have to make rules and use the product intelligently to avoid any extra false positives or any performance issues. For example, they will want to make full scanning of the environment in times where there is a lower load on the system — in off-hours and not during the prime-time hours. But that responsibility is on the operator.

The performance of the product itself is very stable and very good.

I think this solution is stable. It doesn't allow you to do anything that may cause a problem. If you try to download something that is prone to hacking, the solution won't allow it. It's important to use the admin lock to prevent malicious programs being downloaded. It's good at preventing remote users from downloading malware.

Thinking back on it, we only ran into maybe one bug in the whole time we've used the product. One time, when we upgraded Windows, it wasn't compliant and I remembered that my business partner told me that he had to go to Sophos for help. They quickly resolved the problem.

We've had very few issues. A company should not fear installing it. It's pretty reliable.
