We did not face any difficulties during our company's solution's deployment phase since we only had to install the agent, which automatically deploys and updates the solution.

The deployment phase can take a couple of minutes to be completed.

The solution is deployed on the cloud. I don't know the details of our office's cloud solution since it is connected to our corporate office's location.

The product's initial setup phase was one of the easiest I have experienced. When my company moved to Sophos XGS, the initial setup phase was very seamless.

The solution is deployed on an on-premises version.

The solution can be deployed in about two hours.

Three engineers are part of the technical team involved in the product's deployment, configuration, and troubleshooting process.

The product's initial setup phase is easy and not very difficult. Sophos SafeGuard is a cloud-based product. Users have to consider their assets to be encrypted. Sophos SafeGuard is not a very complex solution, meaning it is an easy tool to handle.

You must buy a Sophos Central Encryption license if you have a Sophos Central account. Once you get the license, you have to install the agent on your devices to encrypt the data. The deployment process is not complex and consists of simple steps.

It was pretty straightforward. If you don't know how encryption works, it could be a little bit complex, but it would still be easier to do it with Sophos than any other tool in the market, such as Trend Micro and BitLocker.

The initial setup was straightforward, except for the fact that because it has to download the installation file online, it takes a while. It would be easier if they could make an offline installation possible. Deployment takes from 20 minutes and up.

I need to be more technical to deploy Sophos SafeGuard, but to my knowledge, it's easy to deploy, but you sometimes need to configure the policy. It could take three days to deploy the solution.

Setting up SafeGuard is straightforward except the bandwidth and sync. It takes around five minutes to deploy one module, depending on your network environment. Sometimes, a client needs a strictly on-premises deployment instead of on the cloud.

The initial setup was quite easy. We didn't find it to be complex.

Deployment doesn't take much time. It depends on the hard disk. Most installations shouldn't take more than thirty minutes at a maximum to finalize.

The initial setup of this solution depends on the deployment model.

The cloud version is very straightforward to set up. Just select the package you want and send it to the client.

The on-premises version is very complicated. You have to first create the policy, then apply it and integrate your Active Directory, then install it on the machines. It's a very complicated process.

For the on-premises version, it takes about fifteen minutes to deploy after the initial setup and configuration. The initial configuration takes perhaps two days. It involves setting the policies for each of the users.

The setup is very easy because you just need to make the arrangements for your interfaces and your network port. After that, you can make your policy and can publish the servers. You might need more technical support for the security and for the firewall. If you come from an advanced organization, it might be more difficult and not as easy at first.

The amount of time it will take will vary per customer. If they ask for network protection features it will take, for example, a maximum of one hour. But if your customer has a topology in his network and he needs to make certain policies and synchronization with Active Directory, that will take time. The deployment can take a few days. It depends on the customer.

The initial setup is quite simple and straightforward.

The length of deployment depends on the environment of the customer and the number of endpoints. On average, it can take four to five days.

Normally, one person is more than enough to deploy this solution, but that person must have network and security experience.
