How has the solution affected the workload of your network admin team? Please provide examples.

Network Analyst at a energy/utilities company with 1,001-5,000 employees
It's a fairly easy product to support. We just install it and it kind of runs. So we haven't really had to spend much time with care and feeding other than trying to upgrade it manually.

The effect on our workload has been positive. For example, all of our UPS units are set to send SNMP traps to Statseeker whenever their batteries are in need of replacement, or they start failing self-tests. Statseeker then generates an alert based on that trap, which proactively tells our UPS people that this battery is in trouble.
