The ease of setup and stability.

How has it helped my organization?

It was used for a period of time as our primary CRM for handling clients.

What needs improvement?

The user interface (UI) needs improvement.

What's my experience with pricing, setup cost, and licensing?

It is a strong basic CRM, however the user interface makes it difficult to use over time.

If you previously used a different solution, which one did you use and why did you switch?

Infusionsoft. We were trying out SugarCRM based on Central Station rankings.

What other advice do I have?

Good, basic out-of-the-box solution, however, in my estimation not a long term play as the design flow and user interface make it a true chore to enter data. Feature rich… more»
