I think the IPMI is a really good feature because the VR is too far from our server, enabling us to restart or check or monitor our servers via the internet. 

It's an affordable and scalable device that fits requirements for a SMB with a tight server budget. It's also easy to work with.

The ability to save resource is a key feature.
