The platform is stable. The only time we encountered an issue was when one of the servers needed to be restored, but overall, it's been stable with no application crashes.

The stability is relatively good. Occasionally, certain clients may experience disconnection from the management servers, requiring a manual process to rectify. Even in instances where the link is severed, restoring client connectivity can be challenging, sometimes necessitating the uninstallation and reinstallation of the software. Additionally, when clients go out of sync, we do not receive alerts, indicating an area for potential improvement. I would rate it seven out of ten.

Symantec Endpoint Encryption is stable, and I rate its stability an eight or nine out of ten.

Customers want to go for a solution that is easier to maintain from the infrastructure point of view as well as in terms of support. We don't have a lot of tickets for technical support for our technicians. So, it is a stable product.

The stability is good in the sense that we've never been compromised. It just runs in the background and is scanning. However, when scans do happen, it can slow down the machine. That's typical, and it only does it a little bit.

It is not a very stable product based on our experience with how we use it. It is mostly the disk encryption issues and how long it takes to do Microsoft updates. So we actually open some tickets at technical support and also with the integrator who initially installed the system for us. So currently we are dissatisfied and we are looking at BitLocker instead of the PGP only for drive encryption. As it is a Microsoft product, it makes sense that it will work better with Microsoft updates.

There are minor challenges related to the updates for Windows and Mac systems, but it is mostly stable.

The stability has been good, so far.
