I helped with the deployment of Symphony as on-site support, focusing on tools like SAP inventory and the VM module for defining KPIs. I wasn't part of the initial deployment, but when I joined, basic functionalities were still being developed. Tasks like migrating from testing to production took less than two weeks, but ongoing development and testing were time-consuming.
