One area for improvement would be product maturity. Compared to established vendors, it lacks user flexibility and customization, especially in the PM module. The constraint of not being able to easily modify dashboards or templates hinders user adaptability. A more user-friendly and customizable approach, similar to platforms like Apple, would enhance the overall user experience with Symphony. One feature I felt was missing in Symphony was a module for scheduling performance reports. While it may be part of the current portfolio, not having it at that time was a limitation. I see this as a valuable enhancement.

The solution is very expensive, and its pricing could be improved. The training sessions have to be more specific. It would be great if we could make a training module in the system to train new employees in an offline version. We can have a training session to train a new person to check in, check out, do the billing, and do the PMS reporting.

The solution needs to improve CI. 

To improve the situation, enhancing the functionality for integrating with other applications and addressing ticketing issues is crucial. Many products need to connect with various apps, and this often involves synchronization.

The area that needs to be improved is modular asset management. When we are uploading the assets in bulk, it is not aligned. We have to upload the asset in part, based on location. We have more than 250 locations and we have to create all 250 files before we can upload. This is challenging.
