Symphony has been stable overall. Being web-based, it works well on any browser. However, there were occasional issues, primarily related to the tool's stability during periods of improvement and maintenance. These instances led to temporary unavailability of the product.

Since it is a cloud-based system, we sometimes face issues with the system connectivity from the cloud side. It doesn't happen often, and the support team solves the issue whenever it occurs.

I rate the solution a nine out of ten for stability.

This solution is stable and we have not experienced any issues.
