There is room for improvement, especially on the settings side of the solution. Complex calculations can sometimes be challenging to manage, especially if you didn't originally build them and they involve various components. In such cases, understanding how to modify these calculations can be a daunting task. While features like the workflow are relatively straightforward and user-friendly, there are instances where certain aspects of the system can be intricate and not easily adjustable.

We faced difficulties while uploading data. 

Analytics function is weak. Other products have sum(irate) function and forecasting help function, but Tagetik does not have this clarity.

The tool's major drawback is the ETL process, which is not up to par with other solutions. 

Because of the on-the-fly functionalities, we do see that especially with larger databases, the response times of the reports are under pressure. More in memory computing capabilities should safeguard proper response times. The vendor is working on this, amongst others by adapting the SAP HANA technology.
