Forescout came out and helped us with its implementation. 

To my knowledge, Forescout did the majority of the deployment.

We are Forescout Platform integrators, consultants, and partners.

Most agencies, I believe, have NAC engineers who manage it, and they most likely have training skillsets for it. I would say that most shops require two to three, three to four people to maintain.

We have a help desk team for support of this solution. We have a few security people to handle it.  We don't require that much of people for maintenance.

Forescout Platform does not require a lot of maintenance. It is a low-maintenance platform.

I had a consultant do the deployment, and it could have been better.

The deployment time varies based on the customer's network and its complexity. It could range from as little as five to seven days to one or two months, depending on factors such as the number of switches involved. I oversee a maintenance team comprising over 35 skilled individuals dedicated to network and security solutions. Our technical staff is well-rounded, with three experts specializing in Mac solutions, while others are adept in various network features such as routing and firewall management.

We implemented with Professional Services from Forescout.

We used a combination of vendor services and in-house staff for the deployment. The vendor team was competent.

I wasn't part of the initial setup. However, my understanding is there was a third party involved. We just brought in a new third party, in fact. We're in the audit phase and working out some parameters. We're working to improve the integration aspect.

A Forescout representative ultimately came to our company for us. They assisted a little. They understood the cloud very well and were very helpful.

Brite Computers was a phenomenal asset. I would rate them as a 10 out of 10.

The ForeScout engineers were there to help us without the standard, "Oh, you have over 100,000 endpoints? Well here's what every 100,000-endpoint company does."

The deployment for the Forescout Platform takes two to three engineers. However, it depends on the size of the environment. The integration or the co-operation should happen with a lot of other teams. The main deployment team for the solution is from two to three persons.

We used a third-party group to assist us with implementation, and that made all the difference for us as we were able to pull from their experience and knowledge to help us get up and running.

We implemented the solutions with our S.I. To ensure a smooth implementation, it is crucial to have all the endpoints and network requirements ready and configured before CounterACT is installed. It is recommended to start with the default policies and work on these policies to meet customers' requirements.

From my experience, it is impossible to implement this kind of solution in-house. You need a consultant or a trained person who can do this job.

I worked for a vendor team, and for any client ready to implement this product, I would recommend that the necessary requirements for deployment should be done before the team arrives to start implementation. This makes deployment less stressful.
