From our perspective, ThousandEyes stands out as an invaluable tool because of its deep and extensive capabilities. It enables us to monitor a wide array of cloud providers and numerous ISPs, which sets it apart from other monitoring tools in terms of its breadth and depth.

I think the analysis service that Cisco provides is extremely valuable. Our clients want to be able to grab the video and stream it to their phone, with alarm notifications.

Application visibility is a feature I found to be the most valuable one in the solution.

The product provides end-to-end monitoring. We can monitor the completed network link utilization and link errors. The solution is very easy to use.

The most valuable features are integration and ease of use. Majorly with the integration because we use most of the Cisco products too. 

The best feature is the Internet and the WAN because ThousandEyes lets you see the network layers and every hop on the network. So, it's not only a browser or sensitive request that shows you the problem. It allows a deep dive into the problem.

The most valuable feature of ThousandEyes is user-friendliness. It has been essential for us to have a solution that is easy to use.

The authentication overall - including to the VPN and LAN - is excellent. Authentication to devices with less duplication is great.

The most valuable aspect of the solution was the ability to see how the connection quality is between the sites and get an alert if it was turning bad.

The support on offer is very good.

It's pretty comprehensive for what I need.

The solution is very scalable. 

The installation process is not hard at all.
