I think that the licensing cost ranges from 1,000 to 9,000. Also, it includes maintenance and support for a year.

If I have to manage a data warehouse project, Toad would be my first pick given the pricing it offers for the features. And, from a start-up to a large scale company, from five to 100 licenses, the pricing is a golden bargain.

It's way overpriced, even if it wasn't the buggy product it has become. Honestly, Toad for Oracle needs to die; SQL Developer is much better than it was.
