This solution helped us with centralizing our IAM. It was spread out over many places. Now we can easily control who has access to which client or client application. The fact that our employees can ask for temporary access to an application prevents unnecessary access and adds to the security of the environment.
View full review »By giving users the ability to fully manage their own workspace, while still being able to monitor and administer such actions, we can focus on new-business and projects as we like. By adding all of your SaaS apps to HelloID, users just have to remember a single password. Not only that, but we can see valuable metrics of application usage, which is cost-reducing for us (license management based on the number of concurrent users, etc).
View full review »Tools4ever HelloID helped us with automating our IT processes. Not only has Single Sign-On helped reduce our helpdesk calls, but the Service Automation forms and Workflows made it possible to hire more non-skilled employees for our service desk.
The other thing that helped us improve our services is down-stream provisioning. By example: HelloID provisions users/persons to TOPdesk, which is our Service Management tool.

The SSO option helps users to speed up the login process and therefore they gain time to do their jobs. HelloID provides us with an app where users can access web applications. We have integrated HelloID into our social intranet. Users can now start application SSO from the Intranet after they have logged in with HelloID.
