Works

The most valuable feature of this solution is the ability to use provisioning. In this way, flows can be created where users can ask for access, and other users can approve or deny it. Next, people can ask for temporary access to applications, which is very useful. For example, when giving support and its needed to take a look into the client application. In that case, you only want access for that moment.

Works

The most valuable features of this solution include the Service Automation with unlimited possibilities such as dynamic forms, approval workflows, extensive roles, and especially little things like being able to transfer your responsibilities to go on holiday without worries.

The Single Sign-On capabilities are endless and we haven't found a single app so far that couldn't be set up for SSO.

Works at a tech services company with 501-1,000 employees

The thing we like the most is that this software is so easy to use. You don't need to be a specialist in Identity and Access Management solutions to understand the software and configure it. Even if you cannot find a specific setting, you can always call Tools4ever. Their support is great!

Works with 1-10 employees

The most valuable feature is the option to use SSO from different sources such as Microsoft AD, ADFS, Azure AD, SAML, form-based, etc. Now, users can log in once with their credentials and an MFA. After that, they can SSO login to all of the web-based applications.

This solution has a very user-friendly interface.
