We used to use Microsoft. For example, we used Exel to track things in the past. We've also used MS Project.

Previously, we used Microsoft Project. We switched to Trello because Microsoft Project had a lot of rigidity, and we faced a lot of issues related to cost and deployment.

I had previously used Jira but found Trello to be more flexible and user-friendly. While I've not evaluated other options, I would recommend it for both personal and team-oriented tasks or projects, given its ease of use and adaptability.

I also use Nutanix, which is VxRail's main competitor.

Review platforms such as Gartner and Forrester, et cetera, always have VxRail and number two next to Nutanix, which is number one.

VxRail is adopting some of Nutanix's ideology in order to become even more competitive.

I was searching for solutions for productivity's sake and so far I have only explored Notion before I started using Trello. Notion is good in its own way. You can type anything you want and it kind of gives you a Microfosft 365 feeling while using it. You can do anything, convert to devices, convert to the database, convert it back to the table, etc. It gives room for a scale of features like structure, query, language, and other things. It's a very wonderful tool, but for me, in order to keep up with my productivity rate each week, I prefer Trello. I am the kind of person that when I fall in love with something, there's no going back. So I chose Trello.

I've not been instrumental in decisions related to adding or changing solutions within my organisation. However, this product is very easy to set up and probably not really expensive also. Thanks to that, the ease of use, and installation, the company chose to use it.

We tried to use other solutions that turned out to be a little bit more complex, e.g. Monday.com, Asana, and quite a few other ones. We've actually tested around 10 different solutions, and we were looking for something a little bit more structured, a little bit more organized. After testing all these other solutions, we understood that simplicity is key and that's basically why Trello won. That's why we've been using Trello for the past five years.

In the past, we used NetApp and Doubletake for various migration projects. Their support was much better than Nasuni's.

I previously used a different solution, however, it was difficult to load as you added information, such as images. I then moved to Trello, and now I am on Jira.

Trello isn't as good at tackling Agile development as a solution like Jira would be. It doesn't have the feature sets for that kind of process.
