Trend Micro Integrated Data Loss Prevention Stability

It's a mixed situation. I can't be entirely sure, but it feels like a 50-50 scenario. It's not completely reliable.
We've explored other services like Palo Alto and encountered challenges, even with CheckPoint, leading us to choose Forcepoint.
For basic DLP settings such as device control, HIPS requirements, and standard policy checks, we opt for IDLP with an electronic option.
However, for more comprehensive needs like single sign-on and antivirus scans, we switch to Forcepoint. It seems that challenges arise in specific scenarios, especially for customers across multiple platforms and regions. It's case-by-case, but generally, it's 50-50.

The stability is quite good. I'd rate it eight out of ten in terms of reliability. Sometimes there are bugs. However, everything is resolved quite quickly via the project management team.

The solution is managed through our central team.
For deployment and maintenance, we employ around three people.

It is not a stable solution. Stability-wise, I rate the solution a one out of ten. It's unstable since too many bugs are in it, and it keeps crashing constantly. There are some functions in the solution that don't work.

The stability is currently okay. We don't have any issues with it. However, in regards to encrypting disks, we sometimes have issues where we need to rearrange the computer because we have some failures at the start when the PC boots up. When we try to log into our admin accounts in the past it's crashed.
