I don't have any idea about the implementation part because the tool was configured in my company's infrastructure. When I joined the organization, everything was configured. Currently, I am involved in the endpoint management and control.

My company uses the product for the endpoints in our company so that it offers protection against viruses and other malicious activities.

My company operates as a service provider, owing to which we deal with multiple clients and their data, which are stored in a PDF format. My company also provides applications to our clients. There are different types of data that my company protects from malicious activities and ransomware attacks.

The most beneficial part of the product for our company's security needs stems from the fact that it offers an agentless service, which makes it better to manage our endpoint devices.

I am not the right person to speak about how the full disc encryption capability of Trend Micro has impacted our data protection strategies since I am not the right person to provide any information about it. I am a system engineer who manages virtualization tools like VMware. There is a separate team for endpoint management in my organization.

Speaking about the user experience and management console of Trend Micro Endpoint Encryption, I would say that the product offers a very unique GUI. The unique GUI of the tool makes it possible to easily use the management console for some tasks, like creating and downloading reports.

There is a separate team with six to seven engineers in my company to manage the troubleshooting part of endpoint solutions.

I recommend the product to those who plan to use it.

The product is easy to use. The product is useful in the area of ePO reporting. It is very easy to create general reports with the product.

I rate the overall product a seven out of ten.

There are lots of products in the system, so users should focus on what they need. Sometimes we get some modules that we don't utilize and it becomes a burden. I would rate Trend Micro Endpoint Encryption a nine out of ten. 

Trend Micro Endpoint Encryption is a much better solution than the other antivirus solutions we have used in our company. Trend Micro Endpoint Encryption is a stable tool, but I can't comment much on its scalability since I haven't actually used it from an administrative point of view. I know that Trend Micro Endpoint Encryption offers much more than the other solutions I have seen.

I rate the overall tool an eight to eight and a half out of ten.

I would definitely recommend this solution, mainly because of the customer-specific view, the end user who's using the system, wants to use the system without any delay. I would overall rate the solution an eight out of ten. 

I rate Trend Micro Endpoint Encryption 10 out of 10. It's a great product. We haven't had a problem with it in all the years we've used the solution. The only complaint is that we need more training for our infrastructure analysts to use the product effectively.

The solution is deployed on cloud.

We use the solution for organizational purposes. 

There are around 1,000 users making use of it in our organization.

More than five to ten technical persons are using the support. We will be able to sell those agents to more than 20 companies.

Only one technical guy is enough for a large company for the installation and the management. Many logs, alarms, and entries are happening in the portal regarding management.

Trend Micro can be a viable option for SMBs looking for a basic EDR or PRT solution. However, for larger organizations or those with highly complex security needs demanding advanced services and sophisticated department knowledge, Trend Micro's capabilities might not be sufficient.

Overall, I rate the solution a seven out of ten.

I would recommend this solution to potential users. If they are going for endpoint security, it is also advantageous to have encryption. They would not have to pay anything extra as they are already paying for endpoint security. But if they want to go for encryption separately, it will cost you a little more.

On a scale from one to ten, I would give Trend Micro Endpoint Encryption an eight.

I'm an end-user. I do integrations with other endpoint protection solutions as well. 

I'm dealing with the latest version.

The product is good. That said, if you focus on only endpoint encryption, then Trend Micro doesn't give you the full scope. There are other vendors outside that only focus on encryption. It's a good product for startups or for starting to learn about encryption. I don't really see this as a complete full endpoint encryption solution.

I'd rate the solution six out of ten. 

We do not use the cloud because we are not that happy with our experience trying to use it. You can call us old school but we are happy to have all our data on-premise.

The advice I would give to others looking into implementing Trend Micro Endpoint Encryption is that I totally recommend that anyone go with Trend Micro. Just go with them because they are very good.

On a scale from one to ten where ten is the best, I would rate this product a ten. I can say 11. I am very happy with the product.

It's a decent solution. It's a commandless solution that can help protect organizations from data loss. I'd recommend any company adopt some sort of encryption in order to protect their data from threats and users.

I'd rate the solution seven out of ten. 

This is a solution that I recommend. My advice for anybody who is implementing this solution is to be prepared to do some fine-tuning. Without fine-tuning, you are never going to get the full benefit from this product.

I am interested in seeing the issues with this solution resolved because it will be a great product that will compete with all of the other solutions out there.

In Indonesia, with our client/our partner, I am hands-on with this solution. Trend Micro, Kaspersky, Symantec, they're all the same. They're really the same technical approach and signature base. It's totally the same for me.
