Apex One is highly stable. We have multiple devices configured in high availability. One is active, and one is passive. It's always active and working fine.

The bandwidth is something you have to consider with the cloud solution you have. If it is on-premises, your data will be updated quickly.

We had several issues where it had crippled user's machines and we had to uninstall and reinstall the application to get it working. We have had to hold Windows updates. I think that it is the fault of the Microsoft deployment strategy. When they release a new feature update you can not deploy it right away. For example, when they go from 1903 to 1909, you have to wait for Trend to apply fixes to the application, otherwise, it won't work.
