Technical support is fantastic, especially in relation to deployment, where we originally ran into a bit of trouble in relation to Microsoft patches. They stayed with us on the phone and helped us power through the implementation by sharing their knowledge and advice. Their service is also very quick. They have less than a 24-hour turnaround. If we have some questions or issues, we have support contracts with external partners, but we don't use them that much. We don't contact technical support often, but we have contacted them in the past. We had a small issue once and they were quite quick to respond and offered us a ready-made solution.
