We just had an outage on Monday. They had a data center outage. Outages happen a couple of times a year, so it's not bad. It's up about 97 percent of the time.

We hit a wall before the 9.7.1 upgrade — we waited too long to upgrade. We hit a volume where we started seeing that JIRA and qTest were out of sync a little bit. It seemed to be a timing thing. But once we upgraded, that all went away.
In terms of stability, I don't think it's ever crashed. Sometimes the Insights module is slow to load up but I think that is a timeout issue.

Overall, qTest is stable. Sometimes we see some performance slowdowns, a hiccup or glitch-type of pause. But for the most part, it has been operating. We haven't felt any pain yet.

Initially, we had a few issues, but now it's stable. It doesn't give us any problems. For the past six months at least, I haven't had to create support tickets as often as I used to in the six months before.
The tool was new for us and it was pretty difficult for us to understand certain things. But now, we know what it is and how to implement it. We know how to integrate with JIRA, with Selenium, etc. Everything has settled down.

There are some optimizations that could be applied. There is a bit of lag when you're getting up into the hundreds of thousands and even millions of records, but that is to be expected.
Stability-wise it has always been available. I actually can't think of a time when it wasn't available when we needed it. The stability itself has been 100 percent. The optimization is an area for improvement.

Stability with qTest is not an issue at all. We've had no downtime and no complaints, along those lines, with anything at all. qTest, by all means, is definitely one of the top test management tools out there.
