It is a software-as-a-service.

We use it for employee maintenance, and we run the payroll on the same software. We also use it for time and attendance.

We got it in 2019, and it is a SaaS solution, so we do get the upgrades. We should be on the same version as everybody else.

We use it for human resources features such as PTOs. We schedule our time off in the solution. We also use it for handling our paychecks. So, we use it for all the major processes. I can also see the company hierarchy there.

We use it as a full SaaS solution directly from UKG. It is a cloud solution, and we must be using its latest version.
