I recommend others to use UKG. I recommend that those planning to use the solution ensure that the implementation and support partners are the same. This can lead to more stabilization of the application as a whole. Overall, I rate this solution a nine out of ten.

UltiPro is a very robust product and is a great solution for those wanting to become more system-driven.

I would like to see more development around analytics within CORE.

It is a huge time investment. All of these systems are very extensive. While implementing, a lot of other groups have had additional resources to help with the day-to-day things. We were fortunate to be able to do the implementation during COVID. Everyone was working from home, and that was the best time to do an implementation. We were able to see all hands on deck and put in the required hours for its implementation. My boss was amazing, and she had put in a lot of hours scrubbing the data to make sure we have good, clean data in our new system. I can't thank her enough for all of the time that our team put in on this implementation. There were just three of us who were helping everyone else with their pieces. There is a learning curve depending on what you're trying to do, but that's with any of such solutions. 

I would rate it a 10 out of 10. It has the ability to be very agile, and it is robust. 

I would advise giving yourself a lot of time to do the foundational work. That's what we did, and that's why it took two years. It is very hard to change anything going forward if you get the foundation wrong.

I would rate UKG a six out of 10. It does have vast room for improvement, mainly because it is not one system built on the same foundation. It has multiple disjointed pieces, and they do not work together smoothly.

I rate UKG eight out of 10. We haven't had any problems with it so far. 

Stop waiting on hold and partner with a company that values you as a client and as an organization.

We are very pleased with the Ultimate partnership! While no solution can do everything, Ultimate works very hard to help us find solutions to our business requirements and needs.

They need to enhance the benefits experience and make the sessions more configurable to the employer.

There is a lot of functionality available out of the box with minimum configuration if your business will support rolling it out.

I give UKG a nine out of ten.

We have around 70 users at our facility.

Better customer service is required, especially for mid-level market roll out in Canada.

Most people that are looking for this type of solution are comparing UKG with other companies and they might find a cheaper product, but they need to think long term. Additionally, they need to look at the combination of products that UKG offers and try to find something in comparison, the money is worth it. I'm not saying it's more expensive. I don't know. However, it definitely should be on the top of everybody's list because it's such a good combination, the Kronos and the UKG pro, Ultimate Kronos Group.

The reliability and the expertise which they deliver are wonderful.

I rate UKG a ten out of ten.

I would love to see more flexibility in many of the tools so that Ulti becomes our tool of choice.

Ultimate Software has been amazing for us to work with, and we're excited to get more pieces of the puzzle implemented in the near future.

This is by far the best solution for the price. A vendor that is solely focused on HR and payroll solutions is perfectly suited for ongoing enhancements ensuring long-term strategy for results.

Just understand the difference between a payroll service bureau and a software company that services payroll.

Customer service needs to be on the same page.

I would advise checking the entirety of the use cases they have. We started with a few modules, and then the company found out that they had different modules that could be incremented in the solution, and now, we are using more parts of the system. So, evaluate everything before making a decision and make sure you have all the features you need right from the beginning.

I would rate it an eight out of ten. It is a very good solution. They are on a good path. It definitely has room for improvement like every other solution in the market. They just need to improve it a little bit in terms of usability, and that's all. It looks complete to me.

We're simply customers. We're not resellers of the solution, and we don't have a partnership with the company. 

We take a client who's moving off of ADP, for example, on to UltiPro, and we act as a liaison. We get very in-depth and build a relationship with their project manager, their systems consultant, technical consultant, time and attendance, etc. 

We're very involved with the solution and have a lot of contacts at the company. We just don't have a pure partner profile with them. They know who we are, they know what we do, however, I'm not willing to sign up to be a partner with them due to the fact that a lot of our jobs and a lot of our opportunities come from other UltiPro partners who have gone in and failed at proper implementations. In those cases, we go in and fix things. I'm not interested in becoming a partner. They've been begging me for five years now and I'm not going to do it.

Our people are very advanced and I don't have any of them certified on the solution. And yet, we can run circles around other certified users. The certification process is nothing but a moneymaker for Ultimate, in my opinion.

I'm not sure which version of the solution we're currently using. We do have an agreement with them to where it's always at its most current version status. Therefore, it should be whatever the latest version is.

I'd rate the solution eight out of ten.

The system is highly customized.

Ultipro is the Cadillac SaaS solution, especially when a costly $1M solution is not appropriate.

We are contacted on a regular basis by other vendors and we always tell them that we are totally satisfied with our current solution. I cannot say anything that would be a better recommendation than this!!

This product continues to grow and improve, which you don't see that happen often with HCM companies. They also listen to their customers.

I think this solution is excellent and very powerful. I would recommend that if you are not familiar, you consider using a consultant to help set it up. It may be more costly to use a consultant, but it will be a more efficient process and to optimize the solution for faster ROI.

Choose your consultants wisely. Pre-plan what you want your organization to look like for HR reporting, as well as financial reporting.

Make sure your implementation team has experience with the industry they are setting up.

Ultimate Software makes a great product. And it is always changing for the better!

Identify areas of improvement for those who are considered Federal Government contractors and their needs (these are any and would include all banks as well).

Keep improving. The changes coming in 2017 are a good start. Make your companies able to access more aspects of the system instead of contacting Customer Service

Great service and nice to have the ability to change simple things yourself instead of paying the company to do it.

Continue to bring lots of training to new users.

Ultimate is quite innovative and in recent years; seem to be looking for products that are far beyond CORE.

Good solution - still working out the kinks but confident we will get where we need to be!

I would recommend that when implementing the product the actual coders be included in conversations.  Its seems that we are discussing issues with a third party which prolongs the process if questions or additional conversations are needed.

I am learning new aspects of the program every week and as new modules open I look forward to what this program will do for our business!

It was a very enlightening and productive experience.

After all the kinks are worked out, this is a good product.

I wish the product were more integrated like a single solution.

A lot of back-end configuration requires cases to be submitted.

Ultimate is a great product if we can get everything to work.

Fix your customer support. Offer other training options. A twelve-year old might like YouTube videos, but it is not effective for everyone.
