It enables us to manage the system ourselves. We don't need an additional team to do a lot of maintenance and add the things that we want. 

It is very user-friendly, and the configuration is relatively easy to do. Its user interface is very easy to use. 

They also have surveys. They have a feature called Focus that has artificial intelligence that you can use for analysis or surveys for engagement. They're continuing to push the envelope for new advancements with features like AI. They keep on making leaps and bounds. They have rolled out additional features that help with all of the mandates. They did that quickly and provided that service for all of those different states that have different requirements for vaccine mandates. They continue to make different things to help us be more agile. They are constantly making things available to their users.

The employee self-service feature is most valuable. This is the restaurant industry, and they have a mobile app that allows employees to go in and manage their data. So, employees can manage direct deposit accounts, emergency contacts, and other things in the app. That's definitely the biggest benefit.

Although it is vastly different from its earlier siblings, its organization of work places is now much easier since you can cluster everything on one central page. Being a lover of the clock world especially, I can now open WDM and have the setup of clocks together; no paging back anymore. I can keep them both open at once; a huge time saver.

The system is quite user-friendly. UKG allows us to customize our home screen so that we can easily monitor important items on a daily basis. It provides information on missing punches, and flagging instances where an employee takes a longer lunch or a short break. I believe these are valuable features of the system.

I have found the most valuable feature to be business intelligence and Cognos reporting.

It's very easy to use for a report writer, I've used it a lot of different solutions and this solution is by far the simplest one to use. They do a really good job with it.

I love UltiPro. We have been a customer since 2004. At one point, we had nearly all of the modules, but our management made a decision to move to other solutions for Recruiting and Compensation Planning. This was primarily due to the availability of advanced features at that time. I'd love to have them take another look at UltiPro once those contracts come up for renewal in 2019.

We are a relatively new user so we are still learning the product. I have found the compensation management module to be very valuable and time saving. It eliminates a great deal of manual work and helps us stay within our budget. In addition, it helps as we integrate our pay ranges into the tool and provides guidance on how to administer based on range position and performance scores.

The solution has been working really well with the company for a while. Overall, the entire solution is helpful for our purposes.

It's so easy to use and the reporting is very nice as well. 

The integrations between different parts of the system are perfect. They're easy to work with. For example, the master file records and payroll integrate well with GL, the onboarding, the recruiting modules. etc. They all talk to each other and work with each other very well and that's very important for us. This is the opposite of, for example, ADP, where they're a little bit separate and the have separate maintenance. However, basically, it's a one-stop shop.

The biggest advantage is it saves us a lot of money because it's so easy to use and it streamlines protocol for us.
