I like vMotion because it manages fault tolerance. A major concern was that we needed to manage the environment and enable all functionalities from a single console, which is the major agenda met by vCenter. There are only two versions available, Foundation and Standard. Foundation has limited functionality, such as VM database movement and traffic management. In the Standard version, we get all the functions that are enabled.

We use both Tanium and BigFix for patching. Initially, we had multiple tools, but now we've consolidated them into one. We have a mixture of environments. It's a hybrid solution, as most are moving to the cloud rather than on-premises.

The features I find most valuable are Azureview and the dashboard.

Based on my experience working with VMware products for a long time, I can say that vCenter Configuration Manager is a good and stable solution. The flexibility offered by the product is its valuable feature.

It's challenging to pinpoint the single most valuable feature since there are several that I find highly important and interesting. I particularly appreciate the reporting capabilities, as they allow for in-depth analysis of logs and the ability to interpret alerts effectively, enabling informed responses.

I still use an older version of vCenter Configuration Manager for deployment, and because of this, I don't get the most out of the solution right now. I am not sure what features are available in the solution's latest version. I can say that it is not very complex in terms of deployment.

Over time, I've observed that there's been a significant local competency built around the product, especially in India, where ESXi and VMware dominate the market. It's evident that vCenter Configuration Center is the preferred management tool in this context, and it's relatively easy to find expertise in the market.

This is the best solution for management for the server administrator. VMware has been on the market for many years, so they have a lot of solutions. For on-premises, VMware is the best available solution. 

vCenter alone is enough for me because vCenter is a cluster environment and cluster solution for virtualization environments. So, vCenter is enough.

People will purchase this solution because it is cost-effective and it suits ERP or CRM for the virtual environment solution. Azure is currently very popular in India, and some are using VMware on the Microsoft platform or on Red Hat Linux.

As an engineer, I'd say the most valuable features would be the patch management and templates. Both of these features make my job easier. 

The most valuable features that VMware's vCenter Configuration Manager have when compared with other solutions are their disaster recovery and business connectivity capabilities. All the software that VMware produces has very good business connectivity and disaster recovery features.

The most valuable feature is support for hyper-converged infrastructure.

I find all of the features of the solution valuable. All of them are valuable although I use some more frequently. I like Snapchat, RDS (Remote Desktop Services), cloning, migration, DDS (Data Distribution Service), and server switch probably as the features I use the most. All of these features serve different purposes and are very useful.  

All of the features are important, so it's difficult to say which is the best.

The most valuable features of this solution are the ability to manage all of our environments allowing us to have better functionality and high availability.

The feature that I have found most valuable is the virtual machine management across different hosts, located in different areas. This is the most accommodating aspect I have found using vCenter.

There are a lot of features, but I've found vMotion and VRS the most valuable.
