I did seek third-party help from VMware and Dell to take care of the implementation phase of the product.

Implemented through a vendor team. The expertise of Vintech was far above the expectation. A sure shot A+.

Since we have a big environment, vCenter Orchestrator's deployment took a few days. Three people were involved in the solution's deployment.

There are not many partners for this solution in our area. We would need to go to Barcelona for that. 

We had support from the vendor for our deployment.

Two people are in place to support this product and perform maintenance.

I used my in-house technical team to implement vCenter.

Our team can handle it with ease. We don't need the assistance of integrators or consultants. 

We are able to handle the initial setup in-house. We did not need any outside help from integrators or consultants. 

We do both. We implement and we do the support and maintenance tasks. We only require one staff member for the deployment. 

The setup depends on how the company has organized it. We have people who are responsible for the implementation and people who are responsible for the maintenance and support desk. But if you have a problem then just one person can fix that problem. 

The tool's deployment can be done in-house. 

We deployed vCenter Orchestrator. We are integrators operating a private cloud for multiple customers.

When it comes to the deployment, they have an administrator. We will provide them with support should an issue arise. 

We had VMware assist with the implementation.

I performed the implementation myself, but as I said, it was not straightforward. I had to search and experienced a lot of challenges, but at the end of the day, I was able to figure it out.
