We use Veritas Enterprise Vault for archiving solutions.

We archive our emails to store them. We can archive our emails based on rules and we archive them after a couple of months. It offers the option to access the emails even if they’re archived. It releases the space from your mailbox, but you can still access the email.

As a tool, it works fine. I only need to touch the tool if the servers are down. It’s stable. The only issue we have is when there isn’t network communication.

The product is very useful for archiving emails. I didn't use the file archive solution much, but it's a very useful tool for emails because it keeps all the emails on each site and Exchange's usage. If one has a large environment for Exchange, they can keep their emails on Enterprise Vault because it is singularly used for emails.
