The initial setup is straightforward. The solution was used for a standalone setup that only took half an hour.

I rate the product's ease of deployment a five out of ten.

It takes a few minutes to install the tool. We faced issues after installation. Sometimes, the services stopped. There was a communication issue. The tool did not register the location properly. Troubleshooting was very hard. We had to raise a ticket to the support team every time.

The initial setup was very straightforward. We had some firewall issues. The deployment took around a week.

It was not straightforward, it was somewhat complex.  I would give it a rating of eight out of ten regarding the setup.
