What is most valuable?

Transmogrifier and automatic solution report gives me a report with the solution and the way to solve issues when an error occurred. This reduces communication and error time significantly. It sends a report with the solution for you to… more»

How has it helped my organization?

It reduces the communication around CI/CD and production errors in about 90% of the cases and made our support tasks much easier.

What needs improvement?

Should have more YouTube webinars.

What other advice do I have?

Go for it, it truly is a game changer.

Which other solutions did I evaluate?

I did. I have evaluate PagerDuty and OPSGenine. I end up choosing VictorOps because their solution gave me much better capabilities, and their overall communication during the PoC stage was much better and understandable.
