Visual Studio Test Professional Initial Setup

Vince Corbin - PeerSpot reviewer
Director at Truly Madly Deeply Ltd

It is easy to setup. The process was remarkably straightforward. I cannot specify the exact duration, but I never encountered the need to install numerous instances of it. Typically, the installations were singular, either for personal use or occasionally for a small group consisting of myself and, on occasion, one or two additional individuals.

The initial setup was relatively easy. Deployment time really depends on the complexity of the project but we were able to implement in-house. If you have Windows knowledge and net experience, you can deploy without too many problems. Without that, implementation would be more complicated. We had five people involved in the deployment and 10 users involved in development and analysis.

It is easy to set up. The deployment duration depends on the projects. We are working with different projects and persons. For one of our projects, we need one week to deploy. We usually test when all the teams have integrated changes in an environment. It takes some time to test. After that, the changes are deployed to another pre-production environment, where we again test. After that, when we are sure, we deploy to the production environment.
