Currently, we only have on-premises solutions in-house. However, we have many clients who use hybrid and cloud-only solutions.

It depends. For me, the choice between on-premises and cloud deployment depends on the specific use case. However, I personally grew up using on-premises solutions.

I am primarily focused on on-premises deployments. I am also excited about cloud deployments and their capabilities, I tend to prefer on-premises solutions. When given the choice between cloud or on-premises deployment, I typically choose on-premises.

The deployment takes two to three months. We need to ensure that all the connectivity and the firewalls are properly configured. If we want to deploy the product, we should have a few prerequisites from VMware. If given to us early, we can deploy the solution very fast. VMware helps us deploy the product.

To be honest, I was able to implement it on my own. However, it's important to note that you may require certain prerequisites from the network team if you plan to make the solution highly available, such as utilizing LoadRunner and other tools.

I handled the process of implementation myself. If did not need an outside consultant or integrator. We were able to manage everything in-house.

The deployment was done in house with two people. One person is required for maintenance.

We did VMware Horizon View's deployment in-house. 

We used the resellers to set up. However, the reseller we used is no longer in the market anymore. The company closed.

I would recommend an integrator to install VMware Horizon View.

We used a reseller that assisted us with the implementation. They were quite knowledgeable and it helped to have them during the process.

I have a team with knowledge of VMware, however, most of the time, I'm the technical lead on the product.

They need to work on how the solution is deployed because there are other solutions that are easier. The deployment depends on the use case but it takes 20% - 30% more time than other solutions on the market.
